lush greenery friendly staff simple navigation gnat problem low food quality unsqueezed juice
the hotel design cleverly merges architecture with lush greenery. staff members were quite friendly too. the layout was well-designed, so navigation was simple.
The pest control could be improved. I saw gnats in the restaurants. the breakfast quality was passable, but the food didn't impress me. the orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed.

great breakfast selection clean room kind staff
the breakfast selection was great, with many choices available! the room was very clean upon arrival. junji, ne, and iryne at reception were very kind! twice!
the shower drain was a bit slow.

wonderful stay
large pool breakfast selection
the room was nice and neat. the large swimming pool was very clean! i liked the breakfast buffet that offered a wide selection of food, including fresh fruits, smoothies, and cooked dishes. the beach location worked well.
i found many stairs throughout the grounds, which presented some difficulties.

The hotel includes a pool facing the sea, a must. They also provided a shuttle that went to the night market on some days and to restaurants and shops located approximately ten minutes from the hotel. This service was complimentary.

charmed by this good place
pool access spacious room great breakfast
i received a double room upgrade that offered pool access. the room felt spacious and very clean. it had great air conditioning and nice room features. breakfast had many options with great taste and a beach view. the staff was wonderful, though getting a second pool towel required a trip to reception.
It was a bit tricky getting sunbeds. I noticed people reserved them early.

The hotel staff assisted with luggage and provided room service. They also offered welcome drinks upon arrival, it was very helpful and kind. The staff ensured guests had a smooth check-in experience.

The hotel features multiple pools including a beachfront pool. There is also a poolside pizzeria available. The grounds had lots of trees that provided shade. I saw golf carts transporting guests between areas of the hotel.

The hotel sits directly on the beach. The hotel is a short walk from town. I noticed there were local shops and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to explore the area.
